I would like to welcome the ever-controversial N. Plagman to this blog, and urge everyone to check out his material.
Plagman garnered 15 minutes of internet fame and infamy in the U.S. when one of his news-spoof humor articles was misfiled as news, then picked up by the Fox network and run as the real thing. This was truly hilarious, with Fox and Friends solemnly quoting from Plagman's article: "These kids have got to learn that ham is not a toy.." " A ham task force has been mobilized .." --a truly delicious moment in idiocy.
With Plagman's presence here, I therefore decree that this blog can now be interpreted in two different ways: as Debate Fan (that's me, the argumentative one) -OR- as Deb Ate Fan, as in the following newspaper headline:
PARIS HILTON MISTAKES 9-YEAR OLD ADMIRER FOR APPETIZER
Plagman's sly skewing of quotes and facts have fooled many readers--including Fox!
